For one quality choice

For a better assessment and in order to guarantee the level of quality of our proposals in Bibione, our apartments, villas and residential estate are classified with the Brand of Quality. This is given, considering different services provided to the guest such as opening hours, maintenance service, foreign languages spoken by the staff, payment by credit card, furniture and electric appliances (air condition, TV, internet, safe, fly screen). Moreover the Brand of Quality depends also from the location of the building (distance from the beach, city centre, green areas) and from its characteristics (year of construction, garden, terrace, swimming pool facilities).

The new certification pays attention to the management of the estate units particularly with the respect of the environment. (it is very important if the flat is provided with saving energy light bulbs, electric appliances with Ecolabel mark, double flushing system in the toilet, automatic light switching off devices).
